- Tax related documents you provide that are required for processing tax returns, such as Forms W-2, 1099R, 1099-INT and 1099-DIV, and stock transactions.
I am required to keep this information confidential and to not disclose it to third parties unless I have your approval or are required/permitted to disclose it by law. I am committed to the safe-keeping of your confidential information, and I maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to protect your information.
